About the Company

Supplemental Health Care is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time assignment in San Lorenzo, California. This role begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year on June 12, 2026.

About the Role

This position is a full-time, 40 hours per week role that involves working across all grade levels with a shared caseload with another SLP and support from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services across multiple grade levels
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation
• Support and oversee SLPA tasks within scope of practice
• Contribute to a collaborative and student-centered learning environment

Qualifications

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with diverse student populations
• Knowledge of current speech and language practices

Pay range and compensation package

Pay Range: $63.45 – $68.35/hr.
