Century Group is excited to partner with highly respected Bay Area Forensic Accounting firm to help them find an Accounting Associate to join their team! This company assists clients in all phases of the litigation process and are proud to be a woman-owned business. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Location - 100% REMOTE

Job Description: - (you do not need to have all of this experience - they will fully train you!)

• Analyze financial statements, damage models and other accounting and financial related documents
• Perform analysis of accounting and financial issues in relation to forensic investigations and commercial damage claims
• Involved in the preparation and reviewing of expert reports and related supporting documentation
• Involved in the reviewing and critiquing of opposing expert reports
• Independently conduct relevant research
• Identify issues and anomalies in data and effectively communicate such issues to colleagues
• Prepare work papers and exhibits for Court hearings
• Prepare deposition questions
• Performing a wide range of functions that may include analyzing financial, accounting, economic, and statistical data
• Generating detailed and complex spreadsheet and financial statement analyses
• Developing financial models using data analytic tools and programs
• Searching and reviewing documents to develop case analyses

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related fields
• CPA or has completed general experience requirement in public accounting
• Minimum two years of audit experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent computer skills required in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
