East Bay Child Development Center is a pediatric therapy practice serving 300+ families across ABA, speech therapy, and inclusive preschool programs. We're looking for a part-time BCBA to join our Early ABA team working with children ages 2–5.

What you'll do:

·Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

·Mentor and support RBTs with warmth, consistency, and clinical excellence

·Collaborate closely with families

What we're looking for:

·Current BCBA certification in good standing

·Experience or strong interest in early intervention (ages 2–5)

·A mentor at heart — kind, clear, and invested in your team's growth

·Flexible, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves

·Someone who takes their work seriously but doesn't take themselves too seriously
