A Director of Guest Services plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the operations of essential guest contact departments, committed to providing outstanding guest experiences and achieving financial success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Rooms Division operations, including daily operations, guest service standards, product quality, inventory management, cost controls, marketing initiatives, budgeting, and departmental coordination.
• Promptly address guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and friendly resolutions to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Develop and mentor team members by providing guidance, scheduling, performance evaluations, and recognition for exceptional work.
• Analyze service trends and guest satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and training initiatives to build a skilled and dedicated team.
• Coordinate marketing activities, sales visits, and special departmental requests to elevate hotel visibility and guest outreach.

Salary & Benefits: The competitive salary for this position is between $98K and $120K per year, reflective of relevant experience and location.
