As a Buffet Food Runner, you would be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food to guest rooms in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Prepare food and beverage items in accordance with buffet set up standards. Transport food items to buffet line. Check, maintain and control inventory of food items. Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness of work area What are we looking for?
