We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Associate III to oversee end-to-end inventory operations across our retail network. This role serves as the key liaison between warehouses, retail locations, and technology teams - ensuring seamless replenishment, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will also help identify process gaps and drive system and workflow improvements to enhance overall logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy across distribution centers and retail locations.
• Execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends and demand forecasts.
• Partner with Merchandising and Sales teams to support seasonal launches and promotions.
• Oversee order lifecycle management, ensuring SLA compliance and timely fulfillment.
• Resolve shipping, receiving, and transaction discrepancies in collaboration with 3PL and warehouse partners.
• Monitor logistics KPIs such as OTIF and processing times.
• Act as a systems super user (ERP/IMS), supporting enhancements, UAT testing, and SOP documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Retail Operations.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with ERP/IMS systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Shopify, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate operational needs into system requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
