Position Objective

Develop and expand the Builder / Developer / Contractor market segment and drive revenue growth through active business development.

This is a field-driven, results-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and approach Builders, Developers, and General Contractors

•Build long-term business relationships

•Follow up on project quotations

•Drive project conversion and closing

•Assist clients through the ordering process

•Maintain ongoing client communication and account management

Qualifications

•Experience in building materials, cabinetry, or construction sales preferred

•Familiarity with the Bay Area builder network is a strong plus

•Ability to independently develop new business

•Strong communication and negotiation skills

•Self-motivated and goal-oriented
