You dive right into action, fielding calls from our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service, and skillfully taking down their requests. As the master organizer, you effortlessly coordinate and schedule our expert technicians, ensuring they arrive at customer locations promptly and equipped with the necessary tools. Your quick decision-making skills shine as you prioritize service requests based on urgency and customer needs. Throughout the day, you maintain clear communication with both customers and technicians, making sure everyone is on the same page. By efficiently managing the daily operations of our dispatch department, you play a vital role in our mission to deliver top-notch plumbing services and customer satisfaction.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A PLUMBING DISPATCHER - CSR:

• Strong customer service skills

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

As a full- or part-time Plumbing Dispatcher - CSR at Ace Plumbing & Rooter, you will work on-site. This role requires a flexible schedule, including potential weekend availability. Our office is conveniently located in San Francisco, CA.
