Private Family in San Francisco, CA Seeking an Estate Manager for their home in California as well as their properties in Sweden.
- Position: Full Time /Live Out Estate Manager
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5 - with on call availability
- Salary: $84.00-$96.00 per hour / $175,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience
- Start Date: ASAP -flexible for the right fit

- Children: Two children- ages 9 and 10 months old who are cared for by nannies
- Home Size: 2,400 square feet
- Pets: none
- Household Staff: 3 nannies- currently hiring a housekeeper
- Manage staff onsite and future staff in Sweden
- Hold weekly meetings with staff to go over expectations
- Communicate with the team via Slack
- Oversee the upkeep of the property by conducting daily inspections
- Oversee renovations, repairs, construction, etc.
- Locate and manage contractors/vendors
- Schedule travel
- Unpack items delivered (groceries, packages, laundry)
- Handle any personal assistant duties
- Ensure the home is stocked with all necessities (paper towels, diapers, children's snacks, etc)
- Visit Sweden properties once per year
