Analyst I - Biotech Industry (On-Site, Lab Based)
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Analyst I to support quality control operations at a leading biotech organization. This is a contract, fully on-site laboratory role ideal for early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience in a regulated biotech or pharmaceutical environment. The Analyst I will play a key role in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control testing on products and raw materials in a laboratory setting
- Analyze test data and clearly document and report any deviations from established specifications
- Ensure all activities comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and applicable regulatory standards
- Accurately document quality control procedures, test methods, and results in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
- Support troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for quality-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent quality standards
- 0-5 years of relevant experience, including internships or entry-level laboratory work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Working knowledge of industry best practices related to quality control and laboratory operations
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and work in a regulated environment
- Prior laboratory testing experience, particularly in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences settings
- Fully on-site, lab-based role
- Contract position supporting critical quality control operations
