California Remote TelePsychiatry and Onsite Hybrid Child & Adolescent Outpatient Locum Tenens Job in the Bay Area Details/Requirements: Need starts 6/1/26 X two months for child & adolescent outpatient coverage for 2-3 hours a week at most, for vacation coverage. 100% tele health using Zoom or Teams. Flexible hours between 8A-5P, M-F. No call after scheduled hours. The locum tenens child psychiatrist will see primarily new assessments and challenging cases. The medical director will handle most of the established patients. Initial evaluations 60-90 minutes, medication follow ups 30-45 minutes depending on the patient. A board certified child psychiatrist is preferred, not required. Client is looking for a child psychiatrist who is already familiar with the Alameda County system (using the EHR Clinicians Gateway/SmartCare, e-prescribing via RxNT, etc.) Credentialing can take up to one month.
