Working Title: Associate Industry Contracts Officer Schedule: M-F 0830-1700 PST Location: Remote (may be asked to come onsite once per year) UCSF is seeking a temporary Associate Industry Contracts Officer with life sciences contracting experience to support its Industry Contracts Division. The role involves reviewing, negotiating, and executing a high volume of industry-sponsored research agreements in compliance with university policies, government regulations, and intellectual property standards. Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, thrive in collaborative environments, and demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to different rules, systems, and sponsor requirements. There is a requirement to be onsite once per year at: 490 Illinois Street, SF, CA 94158; otherwise, this is a remote position operating on Pacific Time hours, well-suited for detail-oriented professionals who perform well in a fast-paced setting.
