Friends & Family Home Care is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable female caregiver who speaks Tagalog/Filipino to assist an elderly client in San Francisco, CA 94112. We are looking to fill this position immediatelyand are accepting caregivers who may be available to start as soon as possible.

This position involves assisting a senior client in the comfort of his home while the family member is at work. The client is considered a fall risk, so attentiveness and patience are very important.

Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday

1:30 PM – 12:00 Midnight

10.5-hour shifts

Pay:

$235 per shift

Care Responsibilities May Include:

• Companionship and emotional support

• Monitoring mobility and fall prevention

• Assistance with walking and mobility

• Bathing and dressing assistance

• Toileting assistance

• Assistance with eating

• Meal preparation

• Oral hygiene assistance

• Light exercise support

• Transportation or accompaniment to doctor appointments if needed

• Incontinence care

• Alzheimer's / dementia care support

• General supervision and safety monitoring

Caregivers do not administer medication, only provide reminders if needed.

Caregiver Requirements:

• Female caregiver preferred by family

• Tagalog / Filipino speaking strongly preferred

• Experience with senior care and fall-risk clients

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Ability to work afternoon to late evening shifts

About the Family:

The client lives with his son, who works frequently and is looking for a trustworthy caregiver to assist with his father's care and safety while he is away.
