Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, and perimeter gates to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns; Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying identification and/or authorization as required, and directing visitors to appropriate destinations; Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed; Complete timely reports and logs of patrol activities, incidents, and policy violations, and communicate noteworthy observations to Allied Universal supervision and site management
