At Team 360 Staffing, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven experience selling staffing services in San Francisco.

This is a high-impact role for a driven sales professional who understands the local market, knows how to open doors, and can close strategic partnerships within the staffing industry.

What We're Looking For:

• 3 years of proven experience selling staffing services in the San Francisco market
• Strong track record in B2B sales and business development
• Experience generating new business through:
• Cold calling
• Prospecting
• On-site client visits
• Relationship building
• Ability to identify opportunities and grow accounts strategically
• Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

What You'll Do:

• Actively prospect and develop new clients in San Francisco
• Visit client offices and build strong in-person relationships
• Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach
• Drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the market
• Represent Team 360 Staffing with professionalism and strategic vision
