The Role
The Senior Account Executive owns the full revenue motion from discovery through close. This role requires disciplined, executive-level discovery, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to build quantified business cases tied to measurable impact.
You will operate using a structured SPICED discovery framework (Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Event, Decision) to uncover real economic drivers, define urgency, and align with executive buyers.
You are expected to exceed quota, raise the standard of the team, and contribute to the evolution of our AI-driven sales approach.
