Enterprise Account Executive

We're a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company building workflow automation specifically for the insurance industry, and we're looking for a sharp Enterprise Account Executive to help us scale.


Our platform automates the complex, time-intensive processes that slow insurance teams down: submission intake, policy comparisons, underwriting audits, and more. The result? Faster decisions, leaner teams, and better outcomes for insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, and brokers. We're backed by top-tier investors and support customers managing over $15B in annual premiums across all 50 states.


The Role

You'll own the full sales cycle, from qualified lead to close, on high-value enterprise deals. This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to be an early sales hire at a company that's clearly hitting product-market fit.


What You'll Do

  • Run full-cycle enterprise deals: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
  • Partner with SDRs and marketing to build and convert pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and deliver reliable forecasts
  • Translate prospect pain points into compelling product positioning
  • Feed market intelligence back into GTM strategy and product roadmap


What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle closing experience as an Enterprise AE at a tech startup
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ARR quota
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
