About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President for Asset Management to join our team. In this critical role, you will lead the asset management team strategically, focusing on enhancing the performance and value of our affordable housing portfolio. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed investment recommendation reports, overseeing a regional portfolio to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and managing property budgets in alignment with ownership goals.

The ideal candidate will also prioritize team development, collaborate effectively with property management and development teams, and emphasize compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
