Goodfin is an AI-native private markets platform. We help accredited investors access, evaluate, and act on private investment opportunities with clarity and confidence.

We're rebuilding the private investing experience from the ground up combining technology, judgment, and deep relationships across investors, founders, and funds.

This is not a legacy brokerage. This is a modern platform at the intersection of AI, fintech, and the private market ecosystem.

The Role

This is a high-ownership BizOps role focused on the two levers that drive Goodfin's growth:

  1. Sourcing and closing high-quality private investment opportunities
  2. Bringing in and converting investors onto the platform

You will sit at the center of deals, investors, and operations, working directly with the founder and driving growth. This is not a passive strategy role it's relationship-driven, execution-heavy, and outcome-oriented.

What You'll Own
Deal Sourcing & Execution
  • Source private market opportunities (pre-IPO, growth equity, secondaries, structured deals) through direct outreach and partner networks
  • Build and manage relationships with founders, funds, family offices, and intermediaries
  • Drive deals from first conversation ? diligence ? structuring ? close
  • Coordinate internal diligence, legal, and ops workflows to bring deals live efficiently
  • Develop repeatable sourcing channels, not just one-off wins
Investor Growth & Client Development
  • Identify, engage, and onboard accredited investors
  • Build trust-based relationships with HNWIs, angels, syndicates, managers, and family offices
  • Support investor conversations from first touch ? allocation ? repeat engagement
  • Work with product and marketing to improve conversion and investor experience
Business Operations & Scaling
  • Help define and improve deal + investor pipelines
  • Build playbooks for sourcing, closing, and onboarding
  • Identify bottlenecks and fix them (process, tooling, communication)
  • Support new product, partnership, and market initiatives
  • Support administrative and compliance work, including support for tax filings, legal documentation and KYC/KYB procedures as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in biz ops, investing, private markets, fintech, BD, or high-performance sales/ops
  • Proven ability to source and close, not just support
  • Strong relationship builder with credibility across investors and operators
  • Moves with startup speed and urgency
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and independently setting paths for execution
  • Collaborates with product and engineering teams to develop and deepen our AI product and workflows
  • High judgment, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Actively uses AI tools and believes AI will transform financial services
