A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Paraprofessional to support student learning within a school setting located in Hayward, CA. This contract position involves working closely with classroom teachers to provide essential assistance to students, ensuring an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and classroom management.
- Provide individualized attention to students, adapting to their unique academic and social needs.
- Support students with special needs to foster their participation and success.
- Help prepare instructional materials and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to implement lesson plans effectively.
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations with teaching staff.
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar educational support role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, teachers, and staff.
