Title: Project Controls Invoice Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - In Office 4 Days/Week)
Hire Type: Contract
Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (DOE)

About the Opportunity

An organization is seeking a Project Controls Invoice Analyst to support financial oversight for engineering and construction projects. This role focuses on invoice reconciliation, financial tracking, and compliance with project budgets and contract terms. The position works closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate billing, reporting, and financial documentation.

Job Duties
• Review and reconcile project invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts and budgets.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely invoice processing.
• Maintain and monitor project financial records and documentation.
• Support preparation of financial reports and management presentations.
• Assist with project audits, compliance checks, and financial process improvements.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Controls team.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, project controls, or similar financial role.
• Experience with invoice reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Oracle, Unifier, or similar financial systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
