Duration: 5-Month W2 Assignment (potential to extend / convert)
Pay Rate: $36-$38/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the VP of Global Supply Chain. This opportunity is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is motivated by the opportunity to make an impact across a global organization.
More than an administrative partner, the Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted extension of the VP of Global Supply Chain, anticipating needs, taking initiative, and creating leverage so the executive can focus on the organization's most critical priorities.
This role also offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with other administrative professionals, encouraging teamwork, fostering collaboration, and helping build a collegial and high-performing support network.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted right hand to the VP of Global Supply Chain, anticipating needs and proactively managing priorities to maximize executive effectiveness.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones, manage travel logistics, and ensure seamless meeting preparation and execution.
  • Act as a key liaison between the VP and senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare, draft, and refine communications, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and executive polish.
  • Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings, offsites, and events that strengthen collaboration and engagement across global teams.
  • Partner with administrative colleagues to share best practices and help cultivate a collaborative administrative community.
  • Leverage digital tools-including emerging technologies such as AI-to improve efficiency and support modern ways of working.
  • Ensure the VP is well prepared for meetings through proactive agenda management, document preparation, and follow-up coordination.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in complex, global, or high-growth organizations.
  • Proven ability to anticipate executive needs and operate with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience interacting with and supporting senior leadership teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges creatively and independently.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other administrative professionals is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern digital tools and collaboration platforms, with comfort navigating and adopting emerging technologies.
