Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site employees, guests, and/or contractors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, documenting observations and reporting conditions that may require attention; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical calls, fire alarms, and/or other facility emergencies as directed by site procedures; Support access control at entry points as assigned, including greeting visitors, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and/or directing individuals to the appropriate check-in process; Complete security-related reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs, and/or communicate key updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision
