Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities as needed.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner, and promptly notify site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance concerns or hazards.; Monitor entry points and building activity, verify credentials as required, and help maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and incident logs.; Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, communicate observations during shift turnover, and support property management with security-related requests and/or special assignments.
