A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in a school setting located in Oakland, CA. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about applying evidence-based behavior intervention strategies to support student success in educational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement behavior support strategies
- Provide training and supervision to school staff on behavior management techniques
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations related to behavior analysis
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Strong skills in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and clinical teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
