What It Takes to Run the Show.

• Experience providing administrative support to executives or senior professionals in a corporate environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting tools
• Experience with expense management platforms such as SAP Concur preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong working relationships

From Clock In to Clock Out.

• Provide administrative and operational support to executives and internal teams.
• Manage complex calendars , scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings , including conference calls and video meetings.
• Arrange domestic and international travel , including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Prepare and submit expense reports and invoices using company expense systems .
• Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling and communications , handling high volumes of calls and messages professionally .
• Organize meeting logistics including conference rooms, catering, guest registration, and presentation materials.
• Maintain documents, records, filing systems, and administrative reports.
• Handle confidential business information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support special projects and operational tasks as assigned.
