Head Of Finance

As head of finance at Nudge, you will:

1. Own all financial operations end-to-end: accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and procurement
2. Build scalable systems, tools, and controls to support rapid growth
3. Ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across the company
4. Partner with leadership on planning, runway, and capital allocation

About you:

• 5+ years of experience leading finance at an early-stage or high-growth tech/R&D company
• Hands-on experience across accounting, FP&A, and operational finance
• Comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
• Built and scaled financial systems and processes from the ground up
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High integrity and strong professional judgement
