Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Assist in managing key site services including security, janitorial, waste removal, landscaping, and general support.; Ensure adherence to facilities calendar and work orders system.; Coordinate scheduling and onsite logistics for facility vendors.; Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on critical facility systems such as air compressors, boilers, HVAC, plumbing, wastewater, and building infrastructure.; Perform hands-on ongoing maintenance for the assets.
