Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of utility facilities, including buildings, parking areas, yards, and perimeter lines, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns to report; Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, supporting visitor and/or contractor check-in processes and directing individuals to the appropriate location or contact; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting dispatch instructions, coordinating with site personnel, and contacting local responders when appropriate; Complete security-related reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate shift activity and notable conditions to supervisors and oncoming personnel
