Enterprise Medical is partnering with a membership-based primary care organization that has multiple clinics across San Francisco to add a part-time physician to their growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for physicians looking for flexibility, balance, and meaningful patient interactions, without the pressure of panel building.

Position Highlights:

• Part-time position with 8-23 patient care hours per week
• Mix of acute, chronic, and preventive care visits (not a panel-based role)
• Combination of in-office care and occasional telehealth
• Reduced patient volume with a strong focus on quality and patient experience
• Above market hourly rate with potential for additional compensation based on experience and schedule
