We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing independence and teamwork. In this role, you will manage both kiosk operations and pharmacy tasks, including driving to Kiosk locations for inventory management, maintaining equipment, and preparing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a company-provided vehicle for travel between pharmacy locations and Kiosk sites.
  • Refill Kiosks with medications and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Assist pharmacists with prescription filling as permitted by state law.
  • Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure accurate medication dispensing.
  • Utilize automated machinery for efficient medication packaging.
  • Manage inventory shipments and prepare orders for processing.
  • Execute quality control tasks during prescription transitions.
  • Efficiently pack and ship completed orders, labeling appropriately.
  • Support pharmacy staff in receiving and inventory management tasks.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to drive for long periods (8+ hours) and perform various physical activities including standing, lifting, bending, and stretching.
  • Capable of lifting up to 49 lbs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Valid in-state Board of Pharmacy License or ability to obtain one within 30 days (if required by the state).
  • Valid in-state Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience with computer and web-based tools.
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
  • Proven teamwork and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.

The compensation for this position ranges between $42,120/year to $60,008/year based on market location, and may include other forms of compensation and benefits. This position will remain posted until filled, and we encourage qualified candidates to apply.
