We are partnering with a fast?growing construction firm that has built a strong reputation delivering projects for major grocery and retail clients nationwide.

They are looking for an experienced Estimator with true grocery construction experience. If youve estimated remodels or ground?up work for chains like Safeway, Albertsons, Costco, Frys, Bashas, WinCo, or other major grocery brands, this is the type of role where youll hit the ground running.

What youll do

• Estimate remodels and repeat-scope grocery projects
• Support a growing portfolio of 10 new Costco clients in Northern California
• Work closely with leadership to scope, price, and hand off projects

What were looking for

• Grocery estimating experience (non?negotiable)
• Costco experience is a major bonus
• Strong understanding of grocery remodel sequencing, refrigeration impacts, night work, and active?store constraints
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate estimates quickly
• Preferably located in Northern California(If not, client can accommodate travel for you)

Compensation

• Very competitive salary. Up to $160k depending on experience.
