Strategic Customer Engagement helps KP grow and retain business by partnering with our market-facing teams to impact our customers' business performance, focusing on the health of their workforce. We do this by translating our internal capabilities to the market through bold messaging, expert consultation, and value-added programs, as well as bringing the voice of the customer back into the organization.
An intern will lead a 10-week process improvement project focused on mapping a business workflow, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing practical solutions. They will interview stakeholders, analyze current-state operations, and develop clear recommendations that strengthen efficiency and consistency. The internship offers hands-on experience with process mapping, data analysis, and presenting findings to leadership.

Knowledge of or interest in MS PowerApps and other applications in the MS suite would be a plus.

Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
3.0 GPA or above.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
