Image Orthodontics seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our busy orthodontic and pediatric dental practice! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both children and families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office.

About The Role

The Patient Coordinator is often the first point of contact for our patients and parents. You'll play a key role in ensuring an excellent experience by managing the schedule, supporting the clinical team, and keeping the front office organized and welcoming.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and parents warmly, ensuring a positive experience at every visit.
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and follow-up appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with processing claims.
• Collect payments at the time of service and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Support the orthodontic and pediatric teams with patient flow and office coordination.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental, orthodontic, or pediatric dental office required.
• Punctual, reliable, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, and dental/ortho terminology preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially with children and parents.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
