How you will make an impact

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook to manage documents, schedules, and communications effectively.
  • Oversee calendar management for meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as mailing, copying, filing, typing, and data entry as needed.
  • Process daily mail and checks from clients.
  • Process/Prepare state forms for clients.
  • Administrative tasks and/or projects assigned by the Office Manager
  • Ability to work onsite Monday - Friday - 8am-4:30pm
What you bring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong time management skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, friendly, courteous and helpful.
  • One year of computer proficiency and keyboarding skills, specifically Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
  • Strong desire to succeed and contribute in a professional environment.
  • Commitment to company values.
  • Must have a clean driving record, will need to be able to drive locally a couple times per week.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Punctual attendance
  • Experience in HOA management, property management, real estate, or escrow is a plus.
