Your Role:

As a Lead Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our projects to success by leveraging your expertise and collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch project management services to meet client needs.
  • Oversee all project phases, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure timely project completion while adhering to budget and quality standards.
  • Lead and inspire project teams, fostering an environment where individuals can excel.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, focusing on their objectives and aspirations.
  • Promote JLL's values of collaboration, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or comparable project management accreditation.
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, ideally in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Proven success in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for team collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities and sound decision-making in dynamic situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience leading diverse projects in various sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcare.
  • Background in change management and driving innovative practices.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and building codes.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

This position is based in San Francisco, CA and does not provide visa sponsorship.

Estimated Compensation:

$135,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal factors.
