This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Event Planner located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the flexibility of some remote work. The Senior Event Planner will lead the design, planning, and execution of both in-person and virtual events. Responsibilities include managing budgets, collaborating with clients to align event goals with creative visions, coordinating logistics, sourcing entertainment and talent, and ensuring successful event delivery. The role also requires nurturing client relationships and meeting experiential and operational excellence standards.

• Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to handle design, logistics coordination, and execution of events
• Proven ability in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of event production
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members
• Experience in Sales or business development related to the event industry
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines
• Familiarity with experiential marketing and creative event design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
