Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join a well-known bedding supplier in Millbrae, CA. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry into the system.
• Interact with the public and employees professionally and tactfully.
• Maintain and organize both digital and paper files.
• Generate financial reports and reconcile credit card statements.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with sales calls when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
