A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist to provide outreach and support for member access to clinical programs.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert on clinical programs and assist members with scheduling and navigating their healthcare needsConduct member outreach and manage inbound calls, accommodating communication preferencesCollaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience and connect them to appropriate servicesRequired QualificationsMinimum 1 year of call center experience in healthcare navigation, preferably with Medicare Advantage or HMOHigh School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferredExperience in a clinical setting managing provider schedules is preferredAvailability for full-time work, including overtime during peak enrollment periodsBilingual skills in English/Spanish or other languages are preferred
