Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across the team. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and comfortable handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities in a fastpaced environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking, providing excellent customer service, and keeping operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daytoday administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal communications.
  • Answer and route phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and maintain a high level of professionalism with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and ease of access.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, employee file maintenance, and general HR administrative needs.
  • Coordinate office operations including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors.
  • Support event logistics including internal meetings, presentations, and small-scale office gatherings.
  • Handle data entry, invoice processing, and light billing or expense tracking as needed.
  • Assist leadership with project coordination, task followup, and research assignments.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Canva, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Customerservice orientation with a positive and professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience coordinating projects or supporting leadership teams.
