Description:

Are you a Billing Specialist who likes to get their day started early in the morning? If so, this is the perfect position for you! Role is on-site Monday-Friday, and schedule can start as early as 2am or as late as 5am! Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $22 to $24 per hour.

Job Description:

  • Intake customer calls and email to receive customer orders
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices for orders
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices for orders
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences

Experience:
  • Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
