An exciting new client is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to start immediately. This a contract opportunity with some possibility for direct hire. As an Executive Assistant, you will:
• Support the CEO with travel arrangements, phones and schedules
• Aid the CEO with presentations and meeting agendas for upcoming meetings with the Board of Directors
• Manage administrative duties, edit documents and coordinate meetings with other C level team members
• Responsible for event planning, monthly reports and expense reimbursements
An ideal Executive Assistant, will have:
• Minimum 8 years' executive assistant experience
• Experience supporting C level executives and working in a startup environment
• Venture Capital backed experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
