The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Research Associate for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in South San Francisco, CA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: 35.73-47.59
• Length of Assignment: 1 year to start with possibility of extension.
• Department: Translational Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics.
• Seeking a highly motivated research associate to join the Translational Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics (tPKPD) Department.
• This role is part of a multidisciplinary group that supports and applies preclinical PKPD tools to determine the PK and metabolic fate of candidate therapeutics.
• Will bridge the gap between PKPD study support and data informatics, contributing to nonclinical study execution, database management, and the development of analytical workflows.
• Performing traditional nonclinical PKPD study execution while actively driving the department's transition toward automated data workflows and advanced informatics.
• Contribute to outsourcing PK study design, monitoring, and execution.
• Utilize coding techniques to streamline data entry, perform statistical analysis, and generate study reports.
• Basic understanding of animal physiology and cell culture.
• Familiarity with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, FACS, and LCMS is nice to have, but not required.

Qualifications:

• Any background in Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) or ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion).
• Bachelor or Master's degree.
