BLOOM ENERGY IS HIRING!

Adecco is hiring immediately for Assembler jobs at Bloom Energy in Fremont, CA. Pay of $22.00-$25.00/hr with daily overtime! As an Assembler, you will perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions.

Assembly Technicians also:

• Select proper materials from kit carts to complete standard work

• Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks

• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance when required

• Ensure efficiency and productivity by evaluating and modifying production processes

• Periodically check products per company policy for quality

• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED (the assignment requires proof of HS Diploma/GED before starting)

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Basic hand tool experience

• Comfortable working with high heat torching tool

• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including but not limited to safety shoes, heat safety suit and gloves

• Demonstrate competency in written and verbal English communications to understand safety protocols, hazard communications, and standard operational procedures (SOPs) required to ensure the safety of the employee and others on the manufacturing floor

• Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective cross-functional working relationships

• Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing preferred

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and continuously lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
