FedEx - - Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service and shipment processing to ensure timely movement of freight.; Prepare and submit import/export documentation in compliance with regulations.; Track and trace shipments and dispatch carriers; coordinate pickups and deliveries.; Resolve billing issues, banking and LC problems; advise on payment terms and develop quotes.; Maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and service providers to meet service requirements; coordinate oversized and Hazmat shipments.
