Key Holder Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and selling culture.
  • Become an expert in our product offerings and convey product benefits to customers.
  • Meet sales performance goals, including units per transaction and customer information capture.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and merchandising standards.
  • Assist in processing merchandise and maintaining floor stock.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and manage cash register duties.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance team skills and drive sales.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures following company guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and company policies.
  • Embrace additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Consistently demonstrate high-quality work, attendance, and appearance.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% to support local stores.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
