• Experience - Minimum of two years in a full-time Restaurant Management position
• Certification - Must be ServSafe Certified
• Alcohol Certification - Current ABC Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
• Availability - Able to work a flexible management schedule

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 80% of the time.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors on patios and in varying weather conditions.
• Exposure to hot kitchen areas and walk-in refrigerators/freezers.
