Senior Partner Success Manager, eero

The Partner Success Management team is vital in ensuring partners are onboarded efficiently, can escalate concerns effortlessly, and successfully deploy eero to their customers. Throughout this process, we assess partner requests, align eero teams on requirements, and drive collaborative efforts to meet commitments.

Once partners complete their initial deployment, we continue to engage with them to provide insights that enhance their eero experience.

This role, integral to the Operations team at eero, necessitates close collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations teams. Regular travel to partner sites is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Development: Acquire in-depth knowledge of partners' visions, products, and objectives. Proactively address partner needs and challenges while identifying revenue-generating opportunities for both the partner and eero.
  • Program Management: Manage all aspects of the partner success process for large, strategic accounts. Define program requirements and oversee the onboarding and training of new partners, facilitating rapid deployments and expansion opportunities.
  • Workflow Prioritization: Guide eero's focus on initiatives that yield substantial positive impacts for partners, balancing customer needs with business priorities, and identifying avenues for efficiency and automation.
  • Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to eero's partners, influencing their customer-facing technology strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise partnership strategies.
  • Quantitative Analysis: Harness reporting, analytics, and data modeling to uncover partner opportunities and ensure objectives are met.
  • Technical Curiosity: Exhibit a strong interest in technology, effectively communicating technical aspects and overseeing problem-solving.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with senior management and customers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across various locations.
  • Experience collaborating with technical and product teams to define and prioritize requirements.
  • Competence in managing a sales pipeline.

This position offers a competitive salary based on geographical location, starting from $129,300/year in lower markets to $213,800/year in higher markets. This compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation beyond base salary. Comprehensive benefits are also provided. The position will remain open until filled.
