What will you be doing?

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in assisting management with the direction and administration of the food & beverage operations. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional guest service while contributing to the hotel's financial success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting team members in all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, banquets, and evening receptions.
• Scheduling and assigning daily tasks, while providing necessary training and guidance.
• Monitoring team member performance and offering constructive feedback.
• Assisting team members in addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Ensuring adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards at all times.
• Managing product quality, monitoring service levels, and implementing improvements as needed.
• Assisting with inventory management and control to maintain efficiency.
• Supporting F&B operations during busy periods, including food service from the kitchen.
• Leading the team in completing opening and closing duties efficiently.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $30 - $32/hour, based on relevant experience and location.
