Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily workflow of assigned employees; Maintaining a hands-on approach to all culinary operations; Coordinating with Catering, Conference Services and Banquet Departments for catering procedures, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and weekly forecast meetings; Ensuring all culinary staff is properly trained to standards; Cooking and carving meats, preparing dishes and prepping for rush periods, banquets, and other social functions
